2025 One Week Only! Monday, June 9th - Thursday, June 12th
Horseback Summer Camp - Beginner Friendly!
Beginner Camp Ages: 7 years old (must be rising to 2nd grade) - 11 years old.
EACH DAY OF CAMP WILL INCLUDE:
Ride Every Day! Paint your pony and ride bareback! Also games/obstacles/races, and trail ride. The fourth day will be “take your pick” where riders will choose which of the three themes they enjoyed the most and ride with other campers who chose the same.
Arts and Crafts! - campers will create a pool noodle pony “hobby horse”, paint and decorate a real horse shoe, be a designer and participate in the feed-bag fashion show, and more!
Small Group Horse Care - grooming, bathing, paint-a-horse, hoof care, learning basic husbandry and wound care.
Group Ground Lesson - learn parts of the horse and hoof, breeds, colors, markings, various tack and their purposes, followed by a scavenger hunt to find real life examples of what we’ve learned.
Group Barn Chore to care for the horses that take care of us - throw a flake of hay, prepare feed for the horses’ next meal, top waters, wellness check, etc.
Lunch and Games in the Meadow with sprinkler day and a foot jumping course with their new hobby horse!
Campers bring their own water, snack and lunch. Campers will provide their own well-fitting helmet, boots with a heel, and arrive in long pants to ride. A change of clothes is encouraged.
We will staff camp with a 2/1+ camper to counselor/helper ratio
All campers will receive a 2025 camp t-shirt!
Camp Hours
Camp is held Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Do not drop your camper off before 8:20 AM. We are a working farm and are not available to care for your child before 8:20 AM. Pick up is held between 12:20 PM and 12:30 PM. All campers must be picked up by 12:40 PM.
Registration Payment
Camp is $350 per child per camp week. Payment is due at the time of registration. All camp payments are nonrefundable as your spot is reserved. If you need to cancel your registration - contact Jess immediately and we’ll assign your spot to a potential camper on the wait-list. Do not sell your spot directly - we will not accept their registration.

Liability Waiver and Agreement
All campers must have liability waivers and agreements signed by a parent or legal guardian. These documents will be electronic. The liability waiver and agreement will be sent to the camper’s parent/legal guardian after payment in full is received.
